About The Artist

Ali Clegg is a New York based artist working out of her home studio. 

It all began when she was on a quest to find unique stained glass pieces for her new apartment at the time. She was on her way to pick up a piece she had found on Marketplace, and was thinking how cool it would be to learn how to create her own pieces. A few moments later she drove by a glass studio that offered classes, and the rest is history!

"I've picked up a lot of hobbies and interests over the years, but there is something about glass that really resonates with me. I've never felt creative block with glass, and always enjoy the entire process of watching a piece come to life. There is something really therapeutic and gratifying about crafting something from nothing with your own hands. Glass brings me peace in a very chaotic world."

Today, she lives in a small town in Long Island with her loser boyfriend, their miniature dachshund, Frankie, and her dear friend, Kevin, who plays a significant roll in her creative journey by providing endless support and encouragement for her to go after her dreams.
